1. Agreement
By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms, the privacy policy, refund policy, cancellation policy, and shipping policy.
2. Seller Disclosures
Seller legal name, address, GST/PAN/CIN where applicable, support contact, grievance officer, and nodal officer details must be finalized and kept visible on the contact page.
3. Products and Pricing
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Product images, colour, zari finish, fabric fall, embroidery, and handmade textile characteristics may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and production variation.
4. Orders and Manual Payment
An order is accepted only after admin review and UTR/payment verification. The site does not collect UPI PIN, OTP, card number, CVV, Aadhaar, PAN, or banking credentials.
5. Shipping, Cancellation, Refunds
Shipping charges and courier details may be confirmed after order review. Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund eligibility depend on product type, order stage, payment status, and verified issue details.
6. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, scrape protected routes, or impersonate others.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Consumer rights under applicable consumer protection law are not restricted by this document.
