Shipping Policy

1. Service Area

Shipping is intended for Indian delivery addresses where courier serviceability is available.

2. Shipping Charge Confirmation

Shipping charges are not auto-calculated. After order placement and UTR submission, admin reviews delivery location, parcel weight, courier availability, and handling cost, then confirms the final shipping charge before dispatch.

3. Dispatch and Tracking

Dispatch begins only after payment and shipping confirmation. Courier name, tracking ID, and tracking URL may be added by admin once available.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide complete address, PIN code, and reachable phone number. Failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal may require additional shipping charges.
