Cancellation Policy
1. When Cancellation May Be Requested
Cancellation may be requested before the order is packed, customised, stitched, altered, sourced, or handed to courier. Once processing or dispatch starts, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Shipping Charge Confirmation
If an additional shipping charge is required after address/order review, admin will contact the customer before dispatch. If the customer does not accept, cancellation may be requested before dispatch.
3. Seller Cancellation
Balaji Creation may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, logistics restriction, suspected fraud, or other operational reason, and coordinate refund or adjustment as applicable.
4. How to Request
Contact support with order number, registered phone/email, payment reference if relevant, and cancellation reason.
